Interested in trying out a class?
We offer a free class in each program! We have gear available for you to use if it’s your first time training. For those new to Kickboxing and Muay Thai, you can attend our Kickboxing Fundamentals class on Mondays or Wednesdays. Please arrive 25 minutes before the class starts for a small orientation. View our Schedule for all class times.
Please arrive on time! If you arrive past the class start time, you will not be allowed to train.
We offer several specials and discounts to try and make training affordable for everyone! Since we offer a number of flexible membership options, come in for a free class, and we can go over our options and specials with you.
